1. Subscriptions

Chartiny offers paid subscription plans with fixed durations (for example: monthly, quarterly, annual, or longer-term plans).

For all subscriptions:

• A month is defined as 30 days
• Subscription access starts immediately upon successful payment
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew
• Users must manually purchase a new plan after expiry to continue access

2. Taxes (GST)

All prices displayed on Chartiny are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

An additional 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied to all paid subscriptions in accordance with applicable Indian tax laws.

GST once charged is non-refundable.

3. Refunds

All subscription purchases are final.

• No refunds are provided after a subscription is purchased
• No refunds for partial usage, unused time, or early expiration
• No refunds due to non-usage, change of mind, or dissatisfaction
• No refunds under any circumstances once access is granted

By purchasing a subscription, you explicitly agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Cancellation & Expiry

• Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, cancellation is not required
• Access automatically expires at the end of the purchased subscription period
• Expired subscriptions must be repurchased manually to regain access
• Expiry or non-renewal does not qualify for any refund

5. Price Changes

Subscription prices may change in the future with prior notice.

• Price changes apply only to new purchases
• Previously purchased subscriptions remain valid until their expiry
